All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. PROS Nurse practitioner was polite and seemed to know what he was doing. The wait time wasn't that long, CONS Nurse was rushed. Also, front desk didn't seem to know what they were doing. After I filled out my husband's info, I asked if they needed mine and he said no (I was also going to be seen, and have been there before for testing before surgeries). After being there for about 20 minutes, another assistant called me than handed me the forms to fill out starting that I did need to fill them out. Very frustrating cau... read more
