All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. Very good overall care. The doctors were excellent! All staff were professional, caring, personable, responsive and all activities except for one were competently handled. I did have an issue when the IV needle for the anesthesia was incorrectly inserted in my arm, missed the vein, which caused some significant pain. The same issue occurred with my wife, who also underwent the same procedure at the same time. Each was corrected before the procedure. PCR TEST I was nervous and the test was very easy on me. I was relieved that it was not painful and was only mildly uncomfortable.
