All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. I was greeted as I walked in. The person at the desk asked how they could help. I completed the paperwork and was seen by the RN who was pleasant and professional. I was seen by the ARNP who was again professional and attentive. The medication for Covid was dispensed on site and I was given clear instructions. This was a very positive experience.
