From the first nurse Hillary at Pre Op to Sophie my RN this hospital and staff were absolutely wonderful, professional, and caring. They took care of me from beginning to end with the upmost respect. Thank you Tampa General.
Everyone was wonderful very efficient very cordial very attentive
All the staff were very professional and efficient. However, I feel that the information that I received among the three entities; TGH, USF and FAST TRACK was disjointed. Instructions for getting my COVID test were contradictory in some respects. I was just told to go anytime between 8:00 and 13:00, but I was also told me to wait for an appointment. Nice. Educational. Gave full attention to my needs. Thank you.
Nurses were very nice and cared about not hurting me. My surgery was extremely late and then was not checked on for hours. I asked for a sedative but wasn't provided. The view was great. Doctor never came to see me after surgery to tell me how it went.
On time. Kindness. Thank you
Very organized. Rooms were clean. Nurses and techs were so kind.
