Informative and safe
Everyone was professional, friendly and efficient. My only complaint, and a minor one, is that my procedure did not start until 1 and 1\2 hours past scheduled start time and I was not kept apprised of the delay and reason for it.
It was quick and great service.
I had a great experience everyone was Polite professional and very knowledgeable made some good friends and nice memories had a great view like I was on vacation Thank you to floor seven all the nurses in the transplant team.
