All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. I want to recognize the nurses that were doing the COVID-19 testing drive-thru on Sunday, August 13th! They went above and beyond to run the test site smoothly, even when it rained. Many blessings to them!
The lady sitting in the front desk is very professional, and I might add, very efficient with incoming people checking in. I was seen by a Nurse Practitioner, a very nice and professional lady and I’m sorry I don’t remember her name. She wanted to know why I was there and I told her that I wanted to get a COVID test due to my age and didn’t want to be walking around with the disease. She understood, offered the test that needed to be sent out, and I was fine with that. Good and clean facility.
The Doctor and staff were wonderful. A friendly and confident staff helps the patient feel comfortable. I will continue to use this practice.
