All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. I have always used Fast Track for years, very convenient and prompt, the doctors and the staff are very nice and knowledgeable.

I work in the medical field, and I know how it feels to be on both sides of the clipboard. This location, blew my mind. The staff were professional, Compassionate and Caring. I was quite surprised by how well the staff worked together to get me the urgent care I needed in a timely manner. I left the building feeling as I was treated not only properly to my injury, but commonly felt cared for. That is PRICELESS! I won't go to any other urgent care, and I live 3 counties away. Thank you so much!
The only bad experience was that the wait time was over 2 hours, long time to wait in car in 90 degree heat, would have been nice if I was told that I could go home and receive a call 15 minutes before so I could have waited at home in the air conditioning. Doctor who saw me was great at her job, kept me informed of the procedure and was concerned about the pain. She was able to resolve the problem within 15 minutes
You were kind + informative. I did not have strep throat but you tested me for Covid.
Efficient process, safety protocols, good follow ip
The staff was very friendly , efficient and had compassion knowing that having tested positive for Covid could be a stressful time. It’s my second time going there. They are out of network on my insurance but I still go there, knowing that the staff is wonderful and I’ll be in and out.
Very professional. Always helpful when I am sick or have any questions.
