All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. The whole staff was very friendly and very professional. It was a very positive experience.
Staff was really friendly. I like it when I can crack a joke or two and they laugh with me. Paperwork took forever I wish there was another option for that. A iPad or something to fill out.
Did not have to wait long and really like the service I received.
Visit was quick and helpful
Wonderful experience. I came in pretty embarrassed about my problem/injury and the girls were absolutely wonderful behind the counter. Luckily it wasn't a packed house. Paperwork took about 8 minutes then I was called back right away. Vitals as normal, then a female nurse came and fixed my problem so fast I was shocked. Hands down best little emergency I ever had to deal with because of the staff here. Not a single hiccup. Not even a minor problem with my insurance.
