The triage gentleman was so compassionate. He weighed me and as any other women I was not happy. We talked about all the exercising I was doing. He couldn’t have been more encouraging! The healthcare system needs more people like him! I have a thorn in my foot and the PA did his best to help me but couldn’t get it all the way out as it is deep in there. Professional friendly service
Very efficient and friendly staff. Made the trip easy. The medical staff are very professional and courteous.
I walk in and the receptionist cordially greeted me. There was no time wasted as she knew what to do. I filled out the questionnaire, handed it back to her. Right away I was called to be screened. The provider came in, and told me what I needed to do after testing positive for Covid-19. I am very please with the courtesy and care I received.

My experience with everyone was very professional, and very nice and caring. But that PA who took care of me said that I had to go to ER and she couldn’t help me because I had shingles which was surprising to me that a walk-in clinic couldn’t help but I got my medication. I went over to Advent ER and I’m doing well and I thank you.
I was here from out of state and concerned about going to an unfamiliar facility. The staff was great, I was in and out and on my way!
