Well you still don't show my results of drug test on my app,i know I passed caused my company informed me but you think I would have been told first ,thought that was what it is for.Guess everyone needs to know before client.js been 3 days still no results lol yea portal no good.
Customer service was awesome from the time I checked in.. the doctor had me in and out in no time Also had great bed side manners!! Super caring

They were so nice and helpful.
My experience with the nurse practitioner was great. It was horrible in regards to my prescription. The desk gal said she faxed it to the pharmacy. Four hours later they still did not have it. I had to drive back to the walk in to get a paper script. Took it to the cvs and ironically as i was there the script was sent electronically. All rhus time i was feeling sick.
Great experience from start to finish. Front desk personnel very courteous and nice in explaining potential charges etc. Every single person in the office were great. Very different experience from AFG urgent care where they were rude and disrespectful. I am in healthcare field and highly recommend TGH Urgent Care for all of your needs.
Always prompt and professional service and compassionate care.
