I have used this facility twice and everyone here is Kind, knowledgeable and awesome!
I came in for the first time. I was welcomed with kindness. The nurses were nice and the doctor was great. (Nurse Practitioner) I had a very unusual illness that has everyone stumped. He talked to me continually and consulted with other physicians, trying to figure it out. I give him lots of credit searching for the answer.... which did not happen. Nothing against him because nobody could before or since.
Easy to get an appointment. Was seen immediately and my issue was addressed in a professional way.
Nice place, staff was friendly. Just was a bit frustrated because I came in for high blood pressure and waited 2 1/2 hours before the doctor came in to literally tell me he couldn't treat me there and sent me to the ER. Was in and out in 1 minute. I just wish they would have told me prior to sitting there for that ling that I wouldn't be able to be seen, but rather to go to the ER.
I was able to get right in. The staff was awesome. Very compassionate and helpful. I received a splint for my wrist. A few hours later the dr called to checkup. Phenomenal service! Thank you
Arrived with a serious infection on my right hand. Was seen by medical staff quickly, accurate assessment of the medical condition, and quick treatment to address the issue. The staff there is always caring and compassionate, and quick to assess medical issues.
Excellent staff from start to finish
The emergency care were very attended and honest at the evaluation to my enjury. The decision was made that due to severity of my enjury I should go to the emergency at the hospital for further evaluations. All my respect to the TGH attendents.
