At Fast Track Urgent Care Center, a board-certified provider sees every one of our patients. All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

Everyone was very polite and professional. I just think when someone doesn’t feel well they shouldn’t have to fill out lots of paperwork especially after submitting ID, insurance and form of payment. Otherwise I felt competent that the nurse and doctor knew what they were doing.
I was a walk-in and they took me right away. The physicians assistant was very thorough and personable. I was pleased with my visit and I receptions us to the doctor. I also got a call back from Michelle Robinson in reference to my medication change.
I was greeted by Robert who was kind, caring and a great personality. He and the PA provided excellent care. I was in and out very quickly. Great place.
Things went pretty well. Without knowing staffing levels I find it difficult to assess the the wait time but it did see a little long since not many patients were in the lobby. Diana was quite capable and answered all my questions efficiently. I. Was told that someone would make a follow up appt with an orthopedic. My experience was very good.
I got waited on ver fast with a friendly staff
Waiting time was minimal. Very clean. Employees were all friendly
I waited from 7:30-8am. I was first in like. Got in and signed in and the receptionist was clearly annoyed that people where waiting outside to be seen. I know it sucks to wake up early and you open and there is already a line but that’s what an urgent care is. I was called back second even though I was first to check in. I let it go. The staff in the back were nice and the doctor was nice and it was a quick visit from there. No info given to me about billing which is weird. They couldn't be nicer or more efficient. From the front desk through triage to the attending physician they were professional and pleasant. They answered all my questions because I've never been to any urgent care before and I am living in NY but I'm just visiting here in Florida. It couldn't have been better if I had been at my primary in NYC.
