Great experience with intake, the provider, and the whole process.
The wait was short and everything was fine.
Every member of the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable being tgere. It was my first time and I wasn't feeling good at all with covid. I was nervous at first but I was made at ease immediately.

Very good, staff and practitioner Nurse Alex was very helpful, got in quick to Aid my pain, and he ask me some questions for my visit that day. Then he ask me if I can do a urine test for this visit so he can see what is going on in my lower back pain, So after the result of my urine test they did find out and trace that I may have passed a kidney stone. Quick and efficient. Had to get a tetanus shot, didn't even feel it... until a couple days later of course. Waited, got in and walked out the door in 45 min (including filling out forms since it was my first time there). Very friendly people working there as well. Will go back if I need a future urgent care visit.
