All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. Normally its a great experience. This time I (daughter) was disappointed. It didnt seem busy but I know that can be deceiving, I felt like we waited too long in the room (almost 1 hr). I almost felt like others (children) were being seen before us and came after us. Then one of the prescriptions ARNP Ashley did not send to pharmacy, I had to return to clinic the next day. My mom was in alot of pain, and I felt she had to wait another 48 hours for a script that could have helped her improve. The prescription issue botherd me... read more
The staff was kind to me. When I came in I was having vomiting and carried a lined trash can. I could not wear a mask. I was seen fairly quickly and the P.A. Jodea Wignae PA-C treated me for my stomach upset and gave me the results of my lab work and a work order for the ER CT scan. Possible kidney stone. Which showed to be the case later that day. Everyone was courteous and efficient.

I reported to TGH Urgent Care with a puncture like wound in my hand. It was gushing without constant dressing pressure and I was in pain. My wife offered to fill out any paperwork but the front desk receptionist helped my family but gathering any required information from me. The technician gauged my pain level and she along with Dr. Lippincott were very personable. Dr. Lippincott was very patient in addressing all my questions and very direct with his instructions. You did great, just get the information on line updated so clients don’t have to duplicate efforts.
I was sick for almost a week and literally up in tears with ear pain all night. I googled the location was able to schedule an appointment for first thing in the morning, I was also able to the preregistration before I arrived. I waited less than 10 minutes. I was treated with care and the provider listened to all my concerns. I also chose to have my prescriptions there, I was in to much pain to go and wait at a pharmacy. It was a great experience from beginning to end!
I got in without a long wait, which was good, because I felt really lousy. The intake was smooth, the provider was knowledgeable and kind and pleasant, as was the nurse. I would use this clinic again.
