All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. Everyone was so great from the lady at the front desk to my nurse who made me laugh and my awesome dr! Thank you everyone for all you do!!
Had bit of a long wait even with empty lobby but Nurse practitioner was awesome Much better care and wait time than Baycare urgent care every time!!!

Excellent, quick, super kind emplyees
I had the pleasure of seeing and incredibly pleasant PA. I sincerely apologize for forgetting her name. She was absolutely wonderful, kind, compassionate, and had a very lovely sense of humor as my situation was quite embarrassing. She immediately took into consideration the pain I was experiencing prescribed the correct anabiotic‘s and gave me wonderful suggestions to ease the discomfort. Service was excellent. Everyone was friendly. However wait time was horrible. It's an urgent care facility. I felt like I was in an emergency room having to wait a long time. I already didn't feel good. Then I have to fill all this info out and still wait over an hour. Wtf?
