When I walked in Urgent Care I was quickly greeted and ask, how may we help you. I was taken back within 5-7 minutes. I did appreciate that I did not have to sit in a cold room waiting for the Dr/ARNP/PA. I also noticed that when speaking with the ARNP she truly listened to me with out interruptions. Also, I knew that I was going to have to do a urine sample so I had to go to the restroom immediately and they took my sample prior to being seen. Totally awesome customer service and care!!

My experience was very good and the PA was very knowledgeable and kind.
A bit long of a wait for just a urine test, but other than that courteous and professional.
Much much better than i anticipated in time, patient care, and thoroughness. Must admit wasn't busy when i checked in - many in lobby when i left and hour later. Dr. Was thorough, asked questions like she really cared, and obviously listened. Accepted my weird sense of humor and made me comfortable. She cose a mode of treatment foran embarrassing fall injury -- a treatment I had not anticipated AND IT IS WORKING. Check in nurse/x-ray tech was conscientious too! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because today's visit was to long and other times I have been there and when I see the doctor the time is jut for the patient. Today the doctor was through every room looking for patients going and coming where I was. It would be better seeing every patient in order they arrived.
The doctor was knowledgeable and courteous and did everything she could to make me feel comfortable . Would definitely recommend these guys to friends.
Staff friendly and professional. Amber ARNP was very knowledgeable and compassionate.
I was seen by the doctor right away, And received medication which help to feel much better.
