Friendly staff, clean, PA explained everything and listen to my concerns. The only thing I had an appointment and have to wait around 30 minutes to being seen.
Knowledgeable kind staff
Once back to see ARNP , things went well ... 2.5 hr wait after getting signed in was a bit frustrating. Might want to change the name to “non-urgent care “ . I’m not kidding , I have quite a bit or experience in a (the)major ED & I know how triage works , but I also saw the faces of the 5-6 others waiting that long & I intimately know the push for patient satisfaction / marketing. Next time I see Mr Couris I’ll give him a heads up .
It was a great experience from the reception and the medical staff. I will always go there, because very good service and the doctors are very qualified.
This urgent care is very clean and well run. Did not have to wait long. Very friendly staff. Would use again if I needed to.
Fast service very nice people from the minute we walked in the door started taking medication and am feeling better already would recommend for adults and children
Fortunately got appointment for the same day. Had good experiences right from Front desk associate till the end. Waiting time was not too long. Doctor was knowledgeable and did right by sending me to ER. Would definitely recommend this facility if anyone ever comes to that need.
