Arrived to so many people there were patients sitting on the floor. There was one doctor, no physician’s assistant or nurse practitioner. They were telling new arrivals there was an hour wait, but over half the people had been there at least two hours. No face masks were available. NO COMPASSION from desk staff, no explanations. Just terrible.
Staff was very friendly and kind. Copay is $40 not $20 like prompt care. Disappointed in results and overall outcome. You also must leave a credit or debit card on file to cover anything insurance doesn't pay. They do not send do you a bill. I was very hopeful this would be a nice addition to the health care options in Taylorville. I left feeling frustrated and still very unsure of my diagnosis. Dissatisfied.
