I am the patient that you diagnosed with a sinus infection but had heart failure. Just a few more minutes of your time could have saved me from going into pulmonary distress! A simple xray would have shown the fluid! 7 liters of fluid!! None of us are perfect but you have the ability to save lives. You should/must listen to your patients. Just because the flu and sinus infection were running rampant doesn’t mean we all get to leave with a Zpac! I am a huge advocate for healthcare, but only when you deserve it.
My mom came to this location on 12/26 with chest congestion, tightness, and shortness of breath. The provider did not even listen to her lungs. She was given a z-pack and sent on her way. That night she nearly drowned in her sleep. She called me the next morning to tell me about her breathing overnight and I immediately told her to go into Springfield to be see. She was quickly transferred to MMC ER where she stayed for 5 days and was diagnosed with new onset heart failure with a heart function of less than 20%. I know that ... read more
Front desk lady is enough to make anyone need medical treatment. Very rude and short with patients. Didn’t get her name, don’t really care to know it. We won’t be back. Although I am only 1 person… the gentleman and lady, 2 other different patients walked out as well. I hope she has a better day… or maybe tries a new profession. Patient services is not her thing.

Crazy expensive. I took my 2 kids that were running high fever. They do take my BCBS insurance. But still got a bill for $175 per kid. They did t really do anything. I think it’s just a flawed system with insurance and the med field. Work and work to have insurance for kids yet still pay a shitload to use services that accept insurance.
Went on a Monday mid morning and doctor was very informative and aggressive, I left and ran a couple of other errands and went to CVS in Taylorville to pick up my prescription that she had sent in and they said they didn’t have it but they would text when they got it. They didn't tell me the day of the visit that they didn't take my insurance. They called the next day to say to me I owe $150. How is this good business? You should know ahead of time the cost of the visit.
Understaffed in a Saturday morning.
Horrible will not be back, just got my insurance bill they charged $295.00 for a 10 minute visit. I called them to see why so high and they said oh it should of been around 150.00-170.00. (which I think is still horrible) Then when she looked it up she said oh you had the Dr. not the nurse practitioner so it cost more! Really 125.00 more! I would rather had the nurse practitioner.
