I had to call twice on issues with OEC fiber tv, and both times, your personel were courteous, knowledgeable, and patient with me as they resolved my problems. I also contacted OEC electric in regards to my exterior pole light globe blowing off from recent storms. Again, my experience was great, and the repairs were completed the following day.. The only question left unanswered was in regards to 2 other exterior light fixtures and if your service men could remove the one on my shop. She said she couldn't find any records ... read more
Great service for over 40 years.
Responded online to a bad sensor or bulb on one of my security lights, stated my time frame to be at home. They arrived within a few hours. I did know they were in my area because my husband saw them working. I live in the country…even so it was a pleasant surprise. They were even careful with my instructions regarding my horse. Thank you so much!
I was very pleased with my experience. I didn't even have to call to find out what progress was being made as I've had to do with some companies.
It took only one person who was kind, patient and well informed to get things up and rolling. The technician was also kind and well informed. So far COX has taken very good care of this old lady and I sincerely appreciate it.
