The crew was out here in less than a half of an hour after I called OEC! I thanked them and said wow that is fast service! They didn't take long to fix it either! They are awesome!
I made a call to OEC to have one of our security lights replaced as it had stopped working. The lady that took my call was very nice and polite as has always been my experience when calling OEC. The very same day I had made the call a two-man crew called me and advised that they were coming. They did not drive on my property with their big truck due to the recent rains and wet ground but they still replaced the light with a newer LED security light and it worked great later that evening.
