OEC is good to us. Never had any problems.
Shirley was very helpful on the phone on Tuesday, and I got a call yesterday that a crew was at my house and ready to fix my yard light and had taken care, as I had asked, not to damage the trees along my rather cramped driveway. So far, so good. But when I arrived home last night the light was totally different from what I had had before. While I applaud the switch to LED's for energy efficiency, the color of the new bulb is a ghastly blue hue rather than the natural, soft yellow I had before. Responded to my email very quickly. Repairman was at my house early next morning and upgraded light to LED. Fantastic service.
The two employees that serviced my place did a great job and they were very considerate of my property to not do any damage with their equipment. I like the new security light that replaced the old type. Thanks to them and you for doing a job well done OEC !!! (c; much appreciated !!!
