Jimmy was great during installation, very polite and completely cleaned up his work area.when he left you would not have known an installer was here. Jimmy made sure we could get onto the internet before he left . Extremely satisfied as other experiences with other companies not as pleasant

It took a while to come hook up my service due to the rainy weather. After the tech arrived, he installed the equipment fairly quick. The only bad thing was, he didn't explain anything to me or show me anything or even make sure it was all working properly. I'm still trying to get my Alexa connected.
The tech, Edward, sent a text saying he was ahead of schedule and asked if he could come early. That was great. Edward made sure the computer,tv, and the cell phone were connected and running correctly. Great customer service!!
