Everything followed the schedule on the email. No surprises. Everything works great!

All in all the process of bringing it up went well. The installers were courteous and helpful.. I believe the man's name was Chris that it did the final installation. He went the extra mile to explain things to me in a way that I could understand.. he also help me set up my TVs and printer. I'm glad I had the fiber put in.
My installers were AWSOME!!! Even my soggy driveway and tall weeds didnt scare them! Took a month but OEC FIBER ROCKS!
