I had cox. I was paying $145.65 per month 95.70 for 250Mbs speed and $49.95 for unlimited bandwidth. With OEC, I'm getting 1g speed and unlimited bandwidth for $85 bucks total. Even a caveman can do the math on this. So...they laid the fiber and they installed the equipment around the end of may 2020.So far, it seems very stable. Speeds are very high, but I think if I replace my old cat 5 cable with new cat 6a, I think I will get full speed. My WiFi is super stable with no complaints.
Edward Nunez arrived on time. He was very nice and sweet and worked diligently and got my WiFi powered up. Cleaned up after himself. Love him, he did a great job. Thank you.
The tech named denon ticket # 110407 Fixed it in just a few minutes. Others tried but could not get it fixed. One other young lady tried for about an hour can’t remember her name but I do remember it was around 6 to 7pm. I give her an A for effort.
I have been a customer for several years so my request was to transfer my service. Always worth a short wait to have my service provided by OEC.
I do not remember our installers name, but he was able to come out at an earlier time and had our WiFi set up in less than 30 minutes. It has been working great since.
