Took about a month to get fiber at the house once I put in the request. Main issue was it was about 1,500 ft and when the installed the tubing there was no pull string. They tried many time but had to install a new line. Once the line was to the house the next two crews had everything completed the next day. Very, very satisfied with the performance of the internet , it was the long wait time once the request was in that was disappointing.
Edward Nunez completed my home installation and did an excellent job. A consummate professional who works with care and efficiency.
