From the 1 st guy that came out and ask us if we wanted service, the guys that ran line on poles, to the house, line check, & final stage in the house. Very professional and respectful to our land and our house. Especially making sure gates stayed shut to prevent livestock from getting out. Such a great improvement of our other carrier. Thanks a lot. TV and then maybe phone next.

I was surprised, I had my internet i stalled within a month after signing up, given the virus pandemic and more people signing up to withf rom home., I thoight that was pretty quick. Everyone was nice and respected the social distancing, even the installer.

The change to OEC Fiber was a three step process. The only problem I had was when they were installing the underground wire, they cut my ATT wire, so I was without internet for 3 days while they checked their line. It was a little frustrating, but it was resolved and the final installation went very well. Thank you.
