I was hoping for a print out of my discharge instructions. I did have a couple questions after I got home. Everyone was courteous and friendly and very helpful. However my prescription did not "go through " to the pharmacy and I made a trip there to pick it up to no avail. So its been past 24 hours for me to start the antibiotics and they still aren't ready at Walgreens. So I will pick them up tomorrow but there is going to be a huge delay in my starting them so thats a huge concern for me.
Was great snd follow up was great.

I had previously had to visit another urgent care a few weeks ago and felt rushed, not listened to and like an inconvenience on their way to lunch. The second my name was called at your facility I instantly felt heard and was given the attention I had desperately needed to get my allergy concerns some help! Hi , the ladies at the desk were very friendly, the wait was not long , the nurse who flushed my ear did a great job and Dr Zak was friendly and saw to help me with my sinus infection, which I appreciated , slowly feeling better , thank you very much for helping me
