My appointment was at 4:00 and there was quite a wait in the waiting room. But, once I was in the exam room, the appointment moved along fairly quickly. The MA was great. The DR. followed soon after and was thorough in his diagnosis and precautions with the prescribed meds. The prescriptions were sent immediately to my pharmacy and I was able to pick them up on my way home. I started the meds that night and woke up feeling much better. I didn’t have to wait long, and got good care both by the nurse and by the doctor. They listened to my medical concerns and accommodated my needs. The doctor understood my medical history and how that comported with my current visit. They didn’t take long, while understanding my situation. I just moved to Richland in August and don’t have an initial visit with my new personal doctor until late April, so Urgent Care is my access point to medical care.
