Watch your statements! Eff Express Care has tried to rebill me TWICE for the amount that my insurance discounts. This is AFTER they took the originally-billed amount off the credit card that we must leave on file. Then 6 months or so later comes the bill for the discount, the one that the insurance claim states "We have arranged discounted rates with this provider. Your provider should not bill you for this amount, it is a discount you receive by being a member of this plan." I wonder how many folks don't notice, and jus... read more
They refused to treat my husband today when he had metal in his eye and told him he needed to leave all because of my first one star review of this place when they told him he was fine and ended up needed surgery a short time later back in May of 2016.
