I went in a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday with Bronchitis and the staff and care was superb. My son was sick tonight with a terrible cough and it was 6:30.. I called to see if you would treat a 16 month old and you told me without hesitation to bring him in. So thankful for your kindness and expertise! Truly you go above and beyond and even had the medicine there for us to take home! I recommend your services to everyone I see. This is something Effingham has needed for a long time! Thank you!!!
Used the service this Sunday and it was great. Even when they were busy the wait time was short. They took care of us and wanted to make sure everything was fine with our daughter. I highly recommend it. Unlike local facilities in our town, they didn't charge me for walking in the door to diagnose (provider billing/facility charge).

We had a great experience. My husband had strep and a virus, and was miserable. Took him on New Years Eve to ExpressCare. We were in and out in a short time, the entire staff was wonderful to us, and we even got a followup call the next day. We will go there again if we are ill.
