I was a walk in for a covid rapid test. Once I was done with my paperwork I only wait about 5 minutes to be seen. This was at 5:30 on a Monday. Impressive that the wait was so little. All Of the staff was friendly and in a good mood. Thanks.
Wait time in waiting room was not bad. Once I got called back the provider was saw me within 5-10 mins. Very satisfied with service.
Michelle is very sweet. Staff was pleasant also. So different from most of the Drs and staff in Florida, who are terrible 2 deal with. God bless you all

I was treated soon after I filled out my paperwork. I walked in about 3 p.m. and was treated promptly and on my way home by 3:45. The doctor diagnosed my problem and ordered a prescription.

Very caring people
Everyone at the hospital was very helpful in getting me to where I needed to be. Tampa general is an awesome facility but with that comes a lot of corridors and buildings and elevators and everyone I asked took a second to guide me to where I was going. A nurse whose first name was Mary as well as another nurse whose first name was Barbara were incredibly helpful, caring, relatable and attentive.
