From walking to and from TGH, it was delightful. The care, bedside manner and professionalism was a 10. My prep was all explained to me and I had several hospital professional staff come by before my procedure. The Cardio staff were excellent as I wish I could remember all their names, very calm, soft and caring, even when I entered into the room they all said Hi calling me by name! From the time I checked in until the time I left was a great experience. Checking in went smoothly. Only had to wait 20 minutes. Was called to the back. Was seen within 5 minutes after vitals were done. Everyone was very professional and kind.

Receptionist was indifferent but the tech was friendly.
Staff from front desk to Deanne that called me back, checked blood pressure all the normal things and Liz the PA were very attentive and caring. If I need urgent care again I will definitely go back.
