The staff was efficient and very personable. I was terribly disappointed that I had to fill out my entire medical and surgical history and my medications. I am post lung transplant so with a broken wrist it was frustrating. I expected that as a Tgh patient my record would be visible to the staff. My X-ray was taken by a MA not a radiology tech. Pleasantly surprised how fast and easy covid test was! Nurses and techs awesome!
You were efficient and courteous.
I was able to get right in to see someone with very little wait time, everyone was very nice, and my issue was resolved! Plugged up ear was successfully unplugged and I was out of there in less than an hour! Wish I had gone sooner!
