Was seen at my appointment time. Covid protocols were very good. Clean, minimal contact with other patients. Staff very concerned about how I was feeling. PA’s knowledgeable and explained my health prognosis clearly.

Fastest walk-in clinic I’ve been to by far! The staff was super attentive and kind. I’m overall very happy with my experience. I chatted with the PA and NP about my interest in becoming a PA in the future, and they both took the time out of their busy day to give me some excellent advice on how to achieve this goal! Would highly recommend this facility to others.
The staff was efficient and very personable. I was terribly disappointed that I had to fill out my entire medical and surgical history and my medications. I am post lung transplant so with a broken wrist it was frustrating. I expected that as a Tgh patient my record would be visible to the staff. My X-ray was taken by a MA not a radiology tech. I happened to take a friend to a Baycare urgent care for an orthopedic injury this week and they had a radiology tech take the X-ray, she was seen by the attending but the X-ray was r... read more
