I live in Lakeland and your hospital is the best. The security,parking and friendliness of staff was exceptional. The unit staff in ENDO was so great and so precise on everything down to the actual Endo suite. I think you could teach another hospital some great criteria. I will be back for my care.

Front desk was great. When they cleaned out my ears, they kind of gave up quickly. They put water in each ear one time and quit saying one ear is still half full and the other 3/4. I thought they of tried again.
Was there maybe 5 minutes. In and out in no time!
It was a good experience, great service!
Diagnosed Back sprain with X-ray only. Wish ct or mri was available. Very polite staff. A suggestion for improvement would be to offer a wheelchair to someone who was struggling to walk.
