We waited a long time, and there was a mess up. We ended up seeing the doctor after at least 5 other people who showed up later than us. I had to asked for three time what was going on. By the last time, I was out of patience. I hope nobody has to go through it again. The PA was nice and she took care of my son.
I have personally never had a bad experience with TGH 30th St. I have had opportunities to switch doctors and I will not do so becauseThe doctors are thorough honest informative and caring thank you
