Quick and easy service,friendly staff
Although I thought I had made an appointment, I was informed that it was simply a “slot” The staff knew I was feeling ill and suspected I had Covid. I feel there should have been a specific area for those that may be contagious. I DO have Covid. Once I got served, I was treated well, good verbal exam/rapid test. Waiting room was dirty, exam rooms clean.
The lady in admissions on the women’s floor was awesome! Very friendly and professional. The pre op room is very comfortable and Terry is great! I have not had my procedure yet but thus far it’s been a great experience.
