Very efficient and professional
Overall the treatment was good. The staff were nice. the next day getting a copy of a test result & note for work for quarantine I waited 3 hours on hold and almost 2 hours in the facility!

The visit itself was fine. More improvement is needed with phone etiquette and this office’s customer service. The phone number on Google Maps does not get you through to the office the majority of times: (813) 925-1903. Hold times were exceeding 10 minutes without even speaking to someone.
