Check in = Great! Triage = Great! Provider exam = Great! Check out = could be better! Everything from check in to getting my exam from the provider was a class act and efficient. Check out however sucked! The provider brought me to the counter with my meds. Clerk slid her chair up to me and started the check out process. The nurse practitioner who looked at my injuries and dressed a cut on my finger explained everything clearly, including next steps as to seeing an ENT and how to dress the wound. She was also very gentle in her examination and treatment. She was excellent in every way!
