Even though the place was empty at the time I visited, i had to wait 45 minutes, and the Medical assistant was not engaging, not making feel at ease, barely look me in the eyes, rude and unwelcoming. The Doctor however, was great, good bedside manners.
Overall a good experience. The person who ultimately saw me was incredibly pleasant. I'm sorry I dont remember her name but the care was excellent. Only downside was that it took a while waiting to be seen after being checked in and seated in the exam room
Check in = Great! Triage = Great! Provider exam = Great! Check out = could be better! Everything from check in to getting my exam from the provider was a class act and efficient. Check out however sucked! The provider brought me to the counter with my meds. Clerk slid her chair up to me and started the check out process. The person I checked in with which was behind her started taking over. I didn't know it, but heard her yell out, NAME! She wasn't even the one helping me and she's across the desk "NAME." The nurse practitioner who looked at my injuries and dressed a cut on my finger explained everything clearly, including next steps as to seeing an ENT and how to dress the wound. She was also very gentle in her examination and treatment. She was excellent in every way!
