While the wait was long the treatment was excellent.
Staff was great as always. I have been to this urgent care several times for various issues and have had a great experience every time.

Service was good and staff were pleasant. However, my Covid sample was either lost or damaged en route to the lab.
Had to be at hospital by 5:15 for outpatient surgery schedule at 7:30. The majority of the time from 5:30-7:30 was just waiting. That was a bit long. Otherwise surgery was on time. All Dr, nurses, etc, were very cordial and helpful as needed. Discharged by noon was reasonable and timely. To my disappointment no one called the following day to see how I was doing.
Every nurse or assistant was awesome. If you needed someone, they were there. The Dr’s were very helpful if you needed a question answered. They weren’t in a hurry. It was very clean . The food was actually very good. Everyone was cheerful. I was there overnight. Tampa General is the only Hospital to go to. I have had to go to the two larger hospitals in St Petersburg and will not go back . I’ll only go to TGH
