My visit with the doctor was great, but not so much with the front desk. The individual at the front desk did not understand the difference between Medicare and. Florida Blue, Blue Cross Blue Shield, PPO. I informed her and, two other people who worked there at least four times that Medicare is primary and my Florida Blue is secondary and they didn’t appear to comprehend this information. Fairly long wait time for urgent care, although the facility was busy. PA did a cursory exam. Turns out I did not have a UTI, but would have liked a bit more thoroughness. PA was very nice and explained things well.
The doctor was very nice, was very helpful and gave a lot of good information on what o can do to get better

Fast in and out service. Met with the doctor and got the medications I needed.
Outstanding care. I was actually in and out in under 30 minutes. Provider very nice and attentive. Staff were courteous and respectful. Great experience.
NP was a good listener and took care of me. A few days of meds and I’m much better.
Everyone was great- from the front desk staff to the X-ray tech, Jesus, to the PA, Stephanie. I was not only brought back very quickly, but treated with exceptional service as well.
