I did get the help I needed but the employees working that day appeared overwhelmed or else they just didn’t really care. It was very disheartening
Excellent. I did not have to wait long. My PA and tech were both thorough and professional. The medicines were ready quickly and helped a lot. . Please thanked them both for me and to forgive me for not remembering their names I usually try but I was soooo sick. They were my angels.

I was so glad I could do Telehealth virtually from home. I didn’t have to wait hours in a waiting room. The PA was kind and knowledgeable. She diagnosed and sent prescriptions to my pharmacy. I’m a patient of TGMG and also went to Urgent Care a year ago. I wasn’t thrilled to have to type in all my info as if I was a new patient. Should be able to pull that from MyChart.
in and out in a short period of time. Treatment was appropriate and the patient is recovering nicely.
