Professoonal, quick (relatively speaking), comprehensive, assuring, and helpful in the diagnosis and prescribing a treatment. This is the 3rd time I have gone there and will go there again if needed.
Everyone was nice but your receptionist she needs to learn good customer service. On check she seemed like I was bothering her. Then when checking out and came in to get my results she was rude and yelled at me to sit in lobby. I waited 20 minutes then another clinician ask me if I got my results and I said no. I decided to go to front desk and request my results that was supposed to be done over 30 minutes ago. You did great other than the wait.
My experience was above and beyond the best care,, I was so comfortable with the whole experience. I did not have any complaints at all,, all of the nurses took great care of me, I needed alot of attention because I was in rough shape. I was in pain. and I couldn't hardly walk, l am so happy with Every one that walked in my room, the care that I received at TGH was Awesome!!
