Seminole location--This was my third stop late at night with my 3 yo daughter who was sick with fevers. Every where we went was another story of why we couldn't been seen for 3+ hours. I walked right into TGH urgent care. The people at the front desk were warm and welcoming, eased my frustration. The MA was very sweet and gentle with my daughter. Professoonal, quick (relatively speaking), comprehensive, assuring, and helpful in the diagnosis and prescribing a treatment. This is the 3rd time I have gone there and will go there again if needed.
Everyone was nice but your receptionist she needs to learn good customer service. On check she seemed like I was bothering her. Then when checking out and came in to get my results she was rude and yelled at me to sit in lobby. I waited 20 minutes then another clinician ask me if I got my results and I said no. I decided to go to front desk and request my results that was supposed to be done over 30 minutes ago.
