Tampa general was great and all the staff. The doctor never came and saw me after surgery and wasn't happy about that.
Was seen promptly. PA explained his diagnose, I was given appropriate medical supplies and medications. I was referred to an orthopedist whom Urgent Care arranged an appointment. Only problem encountered was TGH Fast Track Urgent Care didn’t register my secondary insurance (Empire Plan) since they were out of network. Even being out of network they still should have added it since even out of network offices are paid at a lesser reimbursement.

NP and staff were all very friendly and helpful. William Selig, APRN was so thoughtful to watch my toddler while I had to get a CXR and it was greatly appreciated. Facility was very clean.
The TGH team was very courteous. The attending Physician was very thorough and answered all my concerns. I like the availability of having my prescription as I walked out to take immediately. Overall I was very pleased with my experience and treatment plan.
