The care for me was really good took care of my concerns
Nice place, staff was friendly. Just was a bit frustrated because I came in for high blood pressure and waited 2 1/2 hours before the doctor came in to literally tell me he couldn't treat me there and sent me to the ER. Was in and out in 1 minute. I just wish they would have told me prior to sitting there for that ling that I wouldn't be able to be seen, but rather to go to the ER.

I went for check up on knee issue and was pleasantly pleased with the kindness the entire team gave me. I’m from out-of-state so didn’t know what to expect. The promptness that they gave was great. Their facility is very clean and welcoming. I need to go back in 2 wks for follow- up.
We were misdirected to TGH Healthplex ER at first. Need to separate urgent care from ER care. Provider was great- quick and efficient.
