The NPR was very informative and attentive. However, Mary the assistant was rude, unapproachable and seemed like it was a bother to take my vitals.

Staff was friendly, helpful, and took time to listen and answer questions.
My experience was terrific. Sadly, I can't remember my PA's name, but she was so attentive, listened to my concerns and treated me with kindness.
