Fast service and doctor was very useful and patience .
Staff was friendly, helpful, and took time to listen and answer questions.
My experience was terrific. Sadly, I can't remember my PA's name, but she was so attentive, listened to my concerns and treated me with kindness. Never been to a “doc in a box” type “urgent care” type center before, but having a sore throat worsening over a week, I decided to go first thing that morning. After signing in, I waited a short time to be seen, got my vital signs checked, meds reviewed, throat swabbed by an experienced nurse. In about 15 minutes, I was informed by the attending PA formally that I was indeed swab positive for strep. I had to wait 2 1/2 hours on a Saturday morning at 9:30am to see a provider. Waiting room was not full. Only about 6 people ahead of me. I was told at check in, wait would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours. that to me was acceptable. after 2 hours, I asked the girls at the desk where I was on the list. The girl looked in her computer, then came back to me and before she could say anything I was called in.
