The night before our appointments my husband was struggling to make them online so called Urgent Cares number. The woman who answered, wish we had her name, was terrific and went right into making them for us. Sunday morning the front staff was pleasant and PA Lovett great. She listened to our individual symptoms and concerns and examined where necessary. She advised our flu had progressed to bacterial pneumonia, and scripts were at the Publix pharmacy when they opened. Hopefully, in 2 days we’ll begin to feel better.
I very much appreciate having the TGH Urgent Care available when an appointment with the doctor is not possible. It's location is very convenient, it's easy to schedule an appointment and the care I've received has always been excellent! I am totally satisfied with the TGH Urgent Care!
