Phenomenal procedure planning and scheduling. Then on the day of the surgerythe team was very thorough and precise and I know everything that was going to happen in advance. They are an extremely organized and well oiled machine. Thks to everyone involved for the awesome care.
Intake was moderately paced, which is good, too fast can be confusing and demeaning. Your staff was friendly and informative. I liked that staff introduced themselves by first names; “Doctor This” and “Nurse That” and “PA Whoever” is less welcoming in a stressful situation. Doctor Thelin explained everything well, and taught me a few things that were welcome. Needs were anticipated along the way and the gifts of warmth and laughter were shared throughout the experience. Doctor did not rush through exam. Felt like I had his undivided attention.

Everybody was great. I liked that I could reserve an appointment. I was seen quickly and all of my questions and concerns were addressed.
Exceptional care that is quick, compassionate, and competent. They are well trained and professional from the staff at the front desk, aides and techs to the Physician Assistants. If you have a problem this is where you should go.
Excellent. I am so impressed by Dr Politz who was excellent and so personable He did a wonderful job on my very complicated parathyroid surgery. He took out a HUGE tumor. All the nurses and other Drs and staff were great also. All were always there for me and so helpful.
